And we voted for this?

This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of, short of Bush's IQ.

In the age of Identity and Credit Cart fraud, why oh why would we ever pass a law that makes it illegal to ask for a customer's ID if the back of the credit card is signed. This is ridiculous, who proposed this law, the credit cart companies? 'Cause they are the only ones that are going to benefit from this, besides the pick pockets, and identity theft hackers. This law just makes it easier for them to steal our money, and who wants that? I know I don't want someone to steal my wallet and use my credit cards for their own personal gain. People should know better than this. This is one of my concerns, why don't people know better than this?

Our education system is falling further and further behind the other major countries in this world. We need to devote more funding, extend schools hours, and the school week. Expect that our students should study, and hope that they do. More and more of our students are entering college out of high school, and are flaberghasted at how much more work they must put in. They shouldn't be that shocked, if they were educated properly, and work loads similar to that of college, then we wouldn't see such a high freshman drop out rate. It takes a college education these days to make a decent wage in this country. If we make it more difficult to graduate college, then we will continue to see fewer and fewer well educated individuals.
